Yesterday morning, I sat down to write. Today I sat down to write again. I wrote and wrote, and I deleted and deleted. And then I remembered that sometimes the deepest truths are best expressed in the simplest ways.

I ask people how they dream of being photographed. “Dream” can mean many things, and when I speak it to someone, I am saying, “Today you are alive – awake, feeling, dreaming. Today you are the only one who sees the world through your eyes. Today you are worthy.”

We all dream, but so few of us believe we are worthy of those dreams.

So, if anyone hasn’t told you yet today:

you are worthy.
